EduCare Fees:
Infant/Toddlers
6 weeks to 23 months of age $ 110.00
24 to 36 months of age $ 105.00
Infant/toddler care is offered on a full-time only basis. Parents pay the same weekly rate (based on 30-50 hours) even if the child is absent. This ensures that the child’s slot is held. When EduCare closes for holidays the weekly rate will be calculated on the number of days that EduCare is open during that week. Weekly payments for infants/toddlers are due on Monday for that current week.
3 through 12 years of age
Full-time (30-50 hours weekly) $ 92.00
2nd Child $ 73.60
3rd Child $ 64.40
Part-time (less than 30 hours weekly) $ 3.10 per hour
2nd child $ 2.48
3rd child $ 2.17
Please note that in the event EduCare is used 20 minutes or less per day the minimum charge will be $1.00. Anything over 20 minutes will be calculated at the regular hourly rate.
**The child who is the primary user of EduCare will be charged as the first child. Second and third child discounts are given based on the amount of time each child utilizes EduCare.
**Any hours over 50 are charged an extra $3.10 per hour. This applies to all ages.

Breakfast (included in full-time fee only) $ 1.70

Lunch $ 2.50 (3 years and older)
$ 1.50 (toddlers)
Payments
EduCare payments are due by Friday of the week following EduCare use for ages 3 and up. Parents must keep these charges current or risk forfeiting their child’s slot in our program. Parents who are over two weeks in arrears on their EduCare bill will not be allowed to leave their children in the program until the account is brought up-to-date. All parents must sign a financial responsibility agreement.
Registration
Registration that is paid for a child enrolled in a preschool though eighth grade class also covers the use of EduCare and is not charged a second registration fee.
Registration for children who are not already enrolled in classes at Anderson Christian School will pay the EduCare registration fee. This registration fee does not have to be renewed annually provided that the EduCare usage continues without a substantial break in service.
Children ages 3 years and up who use EduCare in the summer are required to pay an activity fee which is used to cover the costs of field trips, T-shirts, and other special projects.
Classifications (ages 3 through 12 years)
Full-time: Children who use EduCare over 30 hours per week are considered full-time EduCare students and parents are charged a set weekly amount. See price list for children in EduCare over 50 hours.
Part-time: Children who use EduCare less than 30 hours per week and attend on regular weekly schedule are considered permanent part-time students. Parents pay only for the hours used in any given week.
Part-time (occasional use): Children who use EduCare on a limited basis and are in attendance less than 30 hours per week. Parents pay for hours used. See pricing for 20 minutes or less per day.
Availability (ages 3 through 12 years)
Parents whose children use EduCare on a regular full-time or part-time basis must fill out an intent form before the child attends EduCare. This will state the hours that your child will be using EduCare. This guarantees your child’s slot in the program.
Parents whose children do not use EduCare on a regular basis must fill out an intent form on the Friday before the care is needed. This will help ensure that the proper staffing is available.
Drop-ins will be accommodated only if there is an available slot at the time that the care is needed. If at all possible please call in advance.
Parents will be required to sign up for EduCare on days of scheduled school closings.
Special exceptions to the above plan are made only on occasions when school is closed or delayed due to bad weather. Because we realize that this is a hardship for families in those situations, all regular EduCare students, as well as those who attend Anderson Christian School preschool through fifth grade are accepted into EduCare.
